Sinopec User account usage Agreement

In order to ensure the security of Sinopec's information system and network, the user undertakes and assumes the following responsibilities during the application for unified identity account service.

1. Abide by the Network Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems, the Measures for the Management of Security Protection of International Networking of Computer Information Networks, the Measures for the Information Management of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, and other laws and regulations, and the various network security management systems, measures and procedures of Sinopec. Ensure the security of the whole process of application and use of information system.

2. Implement computer or terminal network security requirements. The computer or terminal used by the applicant must be equipped with a genuine operating system, patch and harden major system patches or vulnerabilities, and install corresponding anti-virus or security software to ensure that the computer or terminal is non-toxic and has no vulnerabilities, and runs safely, reliably, and stably.

3. Implement account use and protect security. Strictly abide by the relevant management system and rules of Sinopec Information system account and password, change the password regularly and keep it properly. The account number and password of the information system are real-name system, which can only be used by the person, and shall not be disclosed or shared at will to ensure the security of the use of the account number and password.

1) The unified identity account is for personal use only, and it is prohibited to transfer it to others in any form; The corresponding password of the account shall be kept by the user.

2) The user must change the password periodically, which cannot be the same as the first five times, cannot contain the user name, and the password must be no less than 8 characters and no less than 15 characters, and the combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and characters is selected.

3) The user must abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state and the relevant provisions of SINOPEC, and the user shall bear full legal responsibility for his own network behavior and use activities.

4.Implement the relevant confidentiality rules for the use of information systems. Ensure that it is used only within the scope of the application for Sinopec information system, not to interfere with Sinopec's network and information system in any way, not to use the applied Sinopec information system to engage in illegal activities, and not to leak all relevant information of the applied Sinopec information system.

5. Ensure that the following information shall not be produced, published or disseminated through wireless networks and information systems using unified identity accounts:

1) Opposed to the fundamental principles established in the Constitution:

2) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

3) damage to national honor and interests;

4) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity;

5) Those who destroy national religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;

6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

7) disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crimes;

8) Insulting or defaming others or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

9) contains other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;

10) Violation of information security and confidentiality regulations resulting in the loss of national or corporate secrets:

11) Embezzle or destroy other people's accounts;

12) The use of E-mail for commercial advertising activities and the transmission of "spam" and other violations of the relevant network information security management regulations.

These commitments must be upheld.
